Anyone over 18 years old, with a willingness to contribute and respect for diversity, can become a volunteer. No previous experience is required – we offer training and support to everyone.

The actions include accompanying people with disabilities on outings or activities, organizing creative workshops, supporting events, as well as assistance with administrative or communication issues (e.g. social media, fundraising).

Volunteering is flexible and can be tailored to your schedule. Even a few hours a week is valuable. We will discuss with you what suits you best.

Not necessarily. We provide seminars and basic training in supporting people with disabilities, so you feel ready and confident in your role. Your attitude and consistency are the most important.
